Quiet your mind

Stop thinking so much.

We improve through experiencing life, not just thinking about life. You won’t find the golden answer to all your questions and problems through introspection.

‘Self-improvement’ is a byproduct of doing.

It’s the knowledge, experience, and relationships that come through action. This means it’s more of a mindset than a practice.

Instead of trying every new habit you see on the internet that promises to change your life, try this:

Live your life; go on a trip, spend time with family, practice an instrument. Less thinking, more being.

And from these experiences, take what you can get…and you will no doubt grow.

You should be proud of yourself. Maybe you hold yourself to unrealistic standards, but to an outsider, you have already accomplished so much.

Don’t overthink it.

You’re doing great my friend, and I’m rooting for you.

Keep making progress. Change for the better. Live the Heming-way.

Til next time,

Trevor
